Afrobeat Artist Joseph Harmony Set to Release His EP in the Next Few Days

Music is a necessary form of art in society, as it allows people to connect through songs and share their experiences and stories that others can relate to. In addition, it is an essential tool that validates other people, letting them know they are not alone in their struggles. For artist and songwriter Joseph Harmony, pursuing a career in the music industry had always been his calling. Since setting out to build his name in the industry, Harmony has built a platform that lets the underdogs of society feel heard.

Born and raised in Imo State, Nigeria, as Joseph Chibuzor Chima, he would exhibit his musical gifts early at two years old. His family immediately recognized his potential and encouraged him growing up. Like many, Harmony honed his skills in the church, where he joined their choir. Surrounded by a musical environment, he learned how to utilize his voice better. Harmony would continue singing throughout his teens, taking an unconventional route compared to his peers. While many would delve into pop, the young musician took an interest in opera. The often-overlooked genre worked well with him, as it trained his vocal range.

Although he loved music, Harmony’s early career saw him working as an M&A Specialist. While it generated stable income, his heart was still drawn to music. Eventually, he would drop what he was doing and decided to pursue music as a professional career. Harmony migrated to the United States so he could build his platform. Taking the stage name Joseph Harmony, he has been creating music ever since.

Using his background as a chorister and opera singer, Joseph Harmony started working tirelessly to produce music. Despite his love for opera, he delved into the Afrobeats and Afropop genres, where the artist quickly found his niche. As a musician, Harmony combines a vintage sound with modern materials to produce a thrilling effect. With his smoky voice, the artist sings and performs music from the point of view of outcasts and misfits, bringing a new perspective and incisive wit to his tales of hustles and relationships.

“I’ve always wanted to be known by my music and business skill sets,” Harmony shared, “Music, most especially, is what gets me through most of my days. I’ve been a singer and entertainer from the age of two.”

Since pursuing music professionally, Joseph Harmony has quickly risen in the industry, releasing tracks left and right. In the past two years, he has been releasing singles that have been streamed thousands of times. His latest track, “MONEY,” has been attracting listeners familiar with the Afrobeats genre and new listeners. Harmony’s endeavors have also led him to the Nigerian-American record label TOF Entertainments, where he quickly rose to the Executive Producer role.

Although he has been busy behind the scenes, Joseph Harmony is excited to announce the release of his EP For4 on the 22nd of October 2021. After only releasing singles, fans of the Afrobeat artist will finally get a collection of his works. The EP is set to be the first of many albums to come as Harmony strives to create works that can impact society.

“I plan on making a song that will touch the lives of everyone,” he explained, “A song that will keep people entertained.”Learn more about Joseph Harmony by visiting his official website. Follow him on Instagram for the latest updates on his track releases.

How Interviewly Helps Job Applicants Land Dream Jobs

An innovation in the digital software space is helping job applicants land dream jobs by providing training and other solutions in one centralized platform. The app is called Interviewly, and it’s been taking the professional world by storm as it continues on a momentum of shedding light into the most trivial parts of the job application process—the interview.

Anywhere between a few to a dozen people get interviewed for each job opening. Yet, of that number, only a tiny fraction get a call back. Author and interview coach Travis C Patterson has spent several years helping aspiring employees land jobs and thrive in their chosen careers. Today, he’s taking that effort to the next level by introducing Interviewly, an app that helps candidates become irresistible to recruiters and employers.

“Our goal with Interviewly is to help job candidates get off of the sidelines and into their dream career,” explains the startup founder, Travis C. Patterson. “We want all individuals who are currently unemployed, underemployed, or unhappy in their boring jobs to discover new career opportunities or even rejoin the workforce after a period of absence.”

In addition to this, the Interviewly app provides users with interview training to help work candidates ace their interviews.

In the app, Interviewly users will find a host of video coaching lessons to each of the most popular interview questions that today’s recruiters ask. It also helps people create and build the confidence they need to show up and maximize on non-verbal cues that would improve their chances of getting selected for the position. Moreover, the app introduces a step-by-step plan that helps candidates land more interviews and increase their chances of getting more favorable offers from employers.

Another feature on the Interviewly app is an interview tracker that helps new and existing professionals discover success in career prep and live feedback with coaches like author & expert resume writer, Keisha Reed, that align with their life passions. The software provides users with all the information needed to understand some of the most in-demand jobs, their respective career growth paths, and all the information necessary to make that job selection.

Millions of people faced the brute challenge of unemployment and underemployment, followed by the financial crunch caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, many people lost jobs and experienced work reductions, which negatively impacted all other aspects of their lives. Accordingly, Travis Patterson has been working around the clock to help these professionals return or land better opportunities. By doing so, he hopes to help people take more control of their professional and personal futures.

The Interviewly experience walks people through three critical phases to be job-application- ready. The first phase is the Interview Activator’s training aspect, where users finish an on-demand training program. The next phase is the Interview Accelerator, where candidates can prepare their answers to possible questions. The last phase is called the Salary Elevator – Get a Raise Bootcamp, where professionals learn to negotiate salary offers for new and existing jobs.

Travis hopes that this new technology will boost his effort to develop more confident job candidates worldwide. Patterson is the author of CoachTCP’s Playbook to Getting an Interview in 24 Hours. He has been recongnized on channels and outlets like Fox, Voyage Atlanta, New York Weekly, Yahoo! News, Influencive, CBS, NBC, and many more.

Interviewly is available on App Store and Google Play Store.
