Sxint Chris is a singer based in New Jersey whose rise to stardom has been described as quick and unexpected. However, a deeper understanding of his artistry and listening to his songs make it easier to understand why he is growing at such a pace. He is known to many as a philosopher whose storytelling skills and ability to capture the ears of his audience makes him stand miles apart from his competition. “I have this power where in my art I can create the action of thinking.”
Chris has often likened his musical skills to a “knife in hand” used to stab the listener, and “by the time they catch any or all the things I said, there are 100+ wounds,” which automatically summons replay value. Likewise, Chris’ style is relatable to that of a boxer, Sugar Ray Leonard, popularly known as Little Muhammed Ali, whose style is not only swift but includes less snow boating; instead, he just let his work speak for itself.
Chris attributes his motivation and drives to the closest people to him. First is his mother, who he described as his first line of motivation as he had seen her create something out of nothing countless times. He also believes one of the reasons he keeps making music is his little brother, who, to date, is Sxint Chris’ biggest fan and the first to listen to him no matter what he has to say. Meditation and peace form the third source of motivation for Chris, and, lastly, knowledge. He said, “Knowledge is the foundation of my motivation because I learned that I could not stop learning. I feed my brain to the point where I have captured endless ideas, and simultaneously I’m in control and not confused by how much I know/learned.”
Even in his music, Sxint Chris has been able to predict the future and arouse the consciousness of his listeners while at the same time addressing the harsh realities of the present and his past; however, five years from now, he predicts himself growing and in new environments. “I also plan on becoming an author that will release a range of books including poems, a memoir, and even science fiction. I also see myself getting involved with motivational speaking as well as becoming a house music producer soon.”
Chris is committed to his musical craft and has no plans of slowing down anytime soon, and at the same time, he hopes to attain global listening and prominence, primarily through social media.
