Antonio Moorman Helping the Next Generation to “Take Charge Always”

“Take Charge Always” is the tagline that drives Music Executive Antonio Moorman, who continues to preach that the only way any community is guaranteed to work is if the people stay together, believe in a cause, and collectively pursue it to a realistic conclusion. And despite all his contributions toward his immediate community and the development of the young population, Moorman is willing to take it a step higher by throwing his hat in the ring and contesting for the office of the mayor in the next mayoral elections, because according to him, “there is room to do more.”

Antonio Moorman, owner and chief executive of TCA Entertainment, runs a successful artist management and marketing agency, but he is about much more than just making good music. Antonio is a persistent community-minded leader, a navy veteran and a role model who leads a nonprofit organization called “Musically Improving Connections” or M.I.C. Foundation. He is actively improving connections all across the country with various community initiatives.

One such initiative of the foundation created by Antonio Moorman is Lovejoy Georgia’s own “Light Up Lovejoy,” which is a grassroots initiative that asks homeowner’s to turn on their outdoor lights every night to make sure the neighborhoods are well-lit as a deterrent to some of the petty crimes taking place in the area. His efforts to keep the city safe have been a breath of fresh air for residents.

Moorman does not cherry-pick the beneficiaries of his programs and initiatives. Still, he believes proximity is a factor in who can participate and benefit from his programs. He has described his target audience as people within the voting age in Atlanta, GA; Hampton, GA; and the surrounding areas. Those who are looking to help the community and work together to better it. When asked what separates him from his competition, Moorman attributes his ability to be a community leader and business owner willing to use his resources to help the community. However, he doesn’t frown against people contributing or donating to the cause, but as a personal goal of his, if his money is the only available means of moving the cause forward, so be it.

Moorman’s life plan extends beyond entertainment, business, and entrepreneurship because he intends to contest for the mayoral office of his city in the upcoming mayoral race in lovejoy,  GA. “I see myself in a position where I can aid the community into a better future, one where I’m able to help the community by giving jobs to those in need of one. I see myself being that role model for the youth, someone they can look up to for guidance.”

Moorman, while relying majorly on his ability to help others, and be in a position where he can be of help to others, he is committed to showing the general public that other than being a music executive, there is more to Antonio Moorman. “I am a Husband, Father, community leader, and a philanthropist. I still believe in the structure of the community and the people who want to move it forward,” he summed.
