Expert Artist Manager Jason Coleman on Elevating the Success of His Talents

Finding success in the music industry can be very difficult, especially with the cutthroat environment and fierce competition. However, aspiring musicians find the experience much more bearable by having an enthusiastic team of professionals who can help them with their goals. The rising hip-hop star Cony has gained remarkable accomplishments through his talent and determination combined with the expertise of his devoted manager Jason Coleman.

The inspiring man has always been passionate about helping promising individuals reach the top of the music scene. His fascination with being behind the scenes pushed him to pursue a career in the industry. In addition, he always considered himself business savvy and social media friendly, so becoming a manager came naturally to the outstanding individual.

What sets Jason Coleman apart from other managers is his willingness to advocate and go the extra mile for his clients. As a testament to his unwavering dedication, the New Jersey-based manager moved to Georgia so he could provide Cony with the proper support and guidance needed to scale his success rapidly. Now, the gifted artist is among the top emerging rappers in Atlanta’s vibrant hip-hop scene, receiving shoutouts from A-list personalities like Bow Wow, The Game, Rich Homie Quan, Ray J, and Anthony Anderson.

On top of that, what makes him stand out is his value for collaboration with his talents. Unlike others who are set in their ways and rarely give musicians freedom, the flexible professional welcomes new ideas. He shared, “I’m very transparent and open-minded. I love to learn, and I never think I know it all. I listen and retain information like a sponge and soak in anything I know I can apply to my life. To become a leader, you must learn how to follow. You have to follow the right people to be able to become an efficient leader. That’s what makes me different. I am also willing to take risks regardless because the one time you take that chance, everything could change.”

Aside from that, the go-getter possesses an admirable work ethic rooted in relentless perseverance. “I knew I was different because of the dog-eat-dog mentality I have. I decided to move to Georgia to help further my artist Cony with his career. You have to make sacrifices, and many people are not willing to do this in this day and age. People are so complacent and comfortable, and I was one of those people for a while. I knew if I wanted to really make a difference, I had to leave New Jersey and come down south to really grow,” he proudly explained.

Moving forward, the entrepreneur intends to cement his reputation as the leading artist manager and entrepreneur. As such, he plans on building a couple of businesses while continuing to manage more artists. On top of that, he is preparing to sign more people under his upcoming label Oso Wavy Ent.
