Throwing parties and organizing events are not things just anybody can do. Usually, they require seasoned and experienced organizers with enough juice, connections and a vast network that can provide everything a party needs. Lily Million has gotten her name in the spotlight through her work with Miami Fling, known for delivering the hottest parties and events in Seattle. 

Lily Million’s journey into the showbiz world began with her working in fast-food restaurants before she secured a role with RatchetRich Designs for reality TV stars. In her bid to build a name for herself and deliver more impact, she established her own entertainment business, Miami Fling, which has organized some of the hottest parties that have seen artists like Blueface, Rubi Rose, YG, and the late Nipsey Hussle come out to Seattle.

Miami Fling is a product of Lily Million’s experience in business and lessons she learned from LaFonte Jones. She has been in the business world since she was sixteen. As the event coordinator at her own company, she applies all the important business principles and strategies she has learned over the years to achieve success. One of her latest moves is her partnership with a successful influencer, Juceno, to promote Miami Fling and take the brand to the next level.

The partnership with Juceno is geared towards connecting with other people looking to find their passion and figure out ways to monetize their passions. Lily Million understands the event business deeply and hopes to help many aspiring event coordinators, organizers, and promoters achieve success in the business. 

While Miami Fling has worked with well-known artists, the company also works with local underground artists in Seattle to help the community and add some local spice to its parties. Lily makes sure to rotate her artist lineup every month to keep up the anticipation and hype for her events all over Seattle. Beyond Seattle, she has worked in other locations like Atlanta, Georgia, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Florida. Her dedication, hard work, and focus on delivering the very best to the people of Seattle and beyond drives her to put in work daily. From observing the party and events scene, she noticed Juceno as an experienced entrepreneur who often holds numerous events stateside and internationally. So, she sought him out to be on her team, and now, they are set to begin a long-lasting, productive partnership.

Lily’s success in business, especially in the events business, is primarily due to her networking skills. “I can go into any room and come out with the connections I need. I love to meet people, and my personality and trustworthiness keep people in contact with me for the long run,” she said. She has thus committed herself to connecting with anyone who wishes to create or build things from scratch. In addition, as a woman operating a successful business, she hopes to give young women a chance to do positive things. “My brand is for women’s empowerment first and anybody trying to better their situation. I have employed hundreds of women in the Seattle/Tacoma area to be a part of Miami Fling events and plan for hundreds more to join the team,” Lily revealed.
