ATLANTA, GA. Entrepreneur, author, speaker, and wellness advocate Courtney Sapp is bringing a deeply personal message of resilience, transformation, and courageous action to Atlanta this October. She will connect with athletes, coaches, wellness advocates and community members through her growing Do It Scared platform.
From October 1 to 4, 2026, Sapp will be in Atlanta sharing her story and the message behind Do It Scared. She will also lead demonstrations of Allevi8 Pho Relief Patches.
The visit is about more than introducing a product. For Sapp, it is another chance to meet people where they are and encourage them to believe that their current circumstances do not have to define the rest of their lives.
Alongside the demonstrations, her Do It Scared message reflects a broader vision of whole-person transformation. It encourages people to think differently and move courageously toward the lives they want.
Connecting With Atlanta Athletes and Coaches
On Friday, October 2, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., Sapp is scheduled to visit Grayson High School, where she will speak with coaches and football players and lead wellness demonstrations.
The visit gives Sapp a chance to connect directly with athletes and coaches around resilience, mindset, physical wellness, and the importance of moving forward when life gets difficult.
Throughout her Atlanta stay, Sapp also plans to meet people through demonstrations, conversations and content centered on wellness, personal growth and transformation.
Who Courtney Sapp Wants to Reach
Sapp hopes to reach student-athletes, coaches, athletic directors and trainers, along with fitness professionals, active adults and wellness advocates. Her message also speaks to survivors of abuse and trauma, people facing grief, illness or major life changes, and anyone who feels stuck and ready to begin again.
Entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders seeking motivation, parents and families interested in resilience and healthy lifestyle practices, mental-health advocates, survivor-support organizations and animal-rescue supporters are also part of that audience. Podcast hosts, media platforms and event organizers focused on inspirational storytelling round out the list.
Her goal is to create authentic experiences where people can learn about the demonstrations while also learning about the woman and mission behind them.
A Story Built From Survival
Sapp’s public mission is rooted in experiences that shaped nearly every part of her life.
She is a former teacher, longtime entrepreneur, author, speaker, wife of nearly 30 years, mother and grandmother. Behind those roles sits a story she once carried privately.
Sapp survived childhood sexual abuse and says she carried the secret of that trauma for decades. Later, she faced serious health struggles, including 27 years of chronic pain. At one point, she was taking 11 prescription medications, became homebound, and relied on a walker.
She describes reaching a point where she felt only weeks away from giving up entirely.
Instead, Sapp began rebuilding. Over time, she says she regained her health, returned to activities she loved, and started a new chapter of her life. At 49, she wrote her first book and began turning her experiences into a mission designed to encourage others.
That transformation became the foundation of Do It Scared.
Do It Scared Means Your Story Is Not Over
Do It Scared pairs Sapp’s personal story with practical encouragement for people who feel that fear, trauma, illness, or their past has already taken too much from them.
At the center of the platform is her Shift. Move. Become. personal-growth framework. It encourages people to change their thinking, take intentional action, and keep growing into the person they want to become.
The platform brings together her honest account of trauma, illness, survival, and transformation, along with practical encouragement for acting despite fear and a message for people who are ready to begin again. A published book, Do It Scared by Courtney Sapp, is supported by speaking engagements and community-focused content.
For Sapp, “doing it scared” does not mean pretending fear does not exist. It means refusing to let fear make every decision. Her message is simple: your story is not over.
Wellness Meets Purpose
Sapp’s work with Allevi8 adds a wellness component to that philosophy.
During her Atlanta appearances, she plans to demonstrate the Allevi8 Pho Relief Patch and talk with athletes, coaches, wellness advocates, and active adults who want to learn more about it.
Instead of only discussing the product, the Atlanta campaign is designed to give people hands-on demonstrations, a chance to ask questions, and direct conversation with Sapp.
The approach reflects her view that transformation can involve both the physical and emotional sides of a person’s life. Her own history with chronic pain makes conversations about mobility, pain, and quality of life especially meaningful to her.
Turning a Personal Story Into a Larger Mission
As Sapp’s platform grows, she intends for its impact to reach beyond books, speaking appearances and wellness demonstrations.
Her long-term mission includes supporting organizations and initiatives that serve sexual-abuse survivors, domestic-violence survivors, mental-health causes, and animal rescues. These causes reflect different chapters of Sapp’s own experiences and the central idea behind her work, that difficult circumstances can become part of someone’s story without becoming the ending.
Atlanta represents another step in expanding that message. Between her October 2 presentation with coaches and football players, wellness demonstrations, community appearances, and media activities, Sapp is working to introduce Atlanta audiences to a movement centered on courage, wellness, and second chances.
