Two years, two months, two weeks, and two days. This isn’t the countdown to a long-awaited vacation or the marking of time until retirement. Instead, this signifies the period of Dawn Michelle Chamberlain’s federal incarceration due to her involvement in a multi-million dollar criminal enterprise.

In 2004, Dawn seemed to have it all – a successful business as the CEO of a burgeoning tax preparation agency, a loving family, and a beautiful life. With her knack for financial planning, she worked diligently to enhance her community’s financial wellbeing. However, her ambition to push the envelope and secure even larger tax returns for her clients led her down a slippery slope of unethical practices.

Her questionable strategies didn’t go unnoticed. In 2008, she became embroiled in a five-year investigation for tax fraud against the United States. The indictment in 2013 and subsequent incarceration in 2014 marked the end of her once prosperous career. She transitioned from a life of affluence to a harsh reality of isolation and loss, a shift that felt akin to a death sentence.

2016, Dawn emerged with a renewed spirit and unquenchable thirst for life. Her passion for helping others remained untouched by her hardships. Today, she is an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker, master trainer, coach, and author. She inspires business owners worldwide to expand, elevate, and eradicate excuses, encouraging them to tap into their inherent fierceness, a concept she encapsulates in the acronym L.I.F.E. (Live In Fierceness Everyday).

Today, she leads Dawn Michelle Enterprises Inc. as CEO and serves as Chief Visionary Officer of the Felon Friendly Foundation, assisting clients in achieving business success. She’s also the founder of No Hustle University, a unique coaching program offering comprehensive entrepreneurship education and training.

Beyond her business pursuits, Dawn is a vehement supporter of The Second Chance Act and a proponent of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for those impacted by the justice system. As the Chairperson of Hooper Councill Positive Potential Project, she helps integrate high-risk individuals back into society, thereby enhancing community safety.

Dawn is set to host her TV series on the Onstage Plus Network and release her book, “Stop Playing! Get Your Shiii Together: From Fed Life to Legit Business Life”. The book aims to guide readers in building thriving businesses, regardless of their past experiences or present circumstances.

Dawn Michelle Chamberlain’s story — from a federal prison cell to the head of successful enterprises — is a testament to the power of resilience and transformation.
