Demi Howell Making Customized Makeup Products a Thing through Demiere Cosmetics

The process of applying makeup is personalized, which is why it takes working with an expert or selecting the most suitable products to achieve the perfect look. However, that does not have to be the case all the time, as things can be simpler. Demi Howell took her personal experience to push for a change in the makeup industry and how customers get products that suit them perfectly through her company Demiere Cosmetics.

Demi Howell is a beauty industry expert who has channeled her experience as a consumer to push for revolutionary changes in the makeup business. She understands that many people buy many products with hopes that someday they’ll find a use for some of them, but they never use most of those products. As far as creating a look goes, it is a fact that everyone has a perfect look that suits them, and many will do anything to keep achieving that look. Thus, through Demiere Cosmetics, Demi Howell introduces a customized option that simplifies buying and using cosmetic products.

Demiere Cosmetics aims to take away the need for customers to buy every cosmetic product and end up using a few. Since the company launched in 2009, not many brands catered to all skin tones and Demi herself had to mix different shades of products to get her clients’ shades right. This inspired her to build her brand, and the last decade has seen the immense change Demiere Cosmetics has brought to the cosmetic industry.

The company’s custom kits deliver the convenience factor of having only the product a person needs at any given time while achieving their most desired look from those products. Demiere Cosmetics considers its customers’ lifestyles before curating their customized cosmetic kits. “We take a minimalistic approach to the purchasing as well as the makeup application itself. All our products are multi-functional, which cuts down on having too many products. Our custom kits create a sense of confidence!! Everything you need is in arm’s reach to have that perfect look,” Demi shared.

Beyond offering customized cosmetic kits, Demiere  Cosmetics also offers a subscription tutorial that teaches customers how to apply makeup. The tutorials are created specifically for the Demiere Cosmetics brand and its products, so customers can see realistic applications of the products they have in their kit. Demi Howell aims to have a crop of confident consumers who know exactly how they want to look and can achieve that look effortlessly. The kits are refillable and magnetic, and the products cover a wide range of skin tones and types.

Demiere Cosmetics also has a full range of cosmetic products that it offers independently, such as mascara, concealers, lip products, eyeliners, etc. Making life easier and flawless looks effortless are Demi Howell’s major goals. Her target audience includes the everyday woman, high fashion models and anyone who wants to achieve a consistent look without testing multiple products. “If you’re looking to minimize products and cut your makeup application down to 10-15 minutes, you are our target consumer. If you are a person who is on the go a lot and needs “THAT LOOK” then, our kits are perfect,” Demi said.

Over the next few years, Demi Howell’s goal is to see Demiere Cosmetics grow into a huge company with representatives all over the country selling its products. In addition, she hopes to partner with major retailers and get Demiere Cosmetics’ products on their shelves. The brand has a live sales platform where customers can shop in real-time on Facebook, the web store and the mobile app.

Truth Coach Randy on His Journey of Empowering Others

The most important recipe for growth is living in truth and finding oneself. Known for their entrepreneurial drive, power couple Randy and Demi Howell are, in addition to their entrepreneurial exploits, helping individuals and young people discover their purpose, living their truth and being authentic to themselves. Truth Coach Randy is a brainchild of the couple, and his impact in recent times cannot be ignored.

As Coach Randy posits, truth coaching can be a way of life. And for him, he earthed many of the answers he was looking for through this personal journey, which landed him in a place where he felt equipped to help others find their Truth and live it according to what matters. As a coach, his mission is to help others pilot their affairs and attain a state of living in true authenticity and, more importantly, living their personal Truth by detaching from illusions embedded in their minds. “When one lives in truth, all other areas of life will fall into place.”

Today, Coach Randy is the founder of Truth Youniversity, an initiative he founded with the support of his partner, Demi Howell, to reach out to as many people as possible to help them take control of their lives and overcome the challenges that seem to be holding them back.

According to Coach Randy, every human is facing or will face adversity at one point in life, and these adversities, if not taken care of, will prevent one from achieving their deserving life and success. Hence, the Truth Coach Randy explores what lies beneath the surface by using his instinct of understanding how people think, feel, behave in times of difficulty and identify which actions need to be taken for resolution, which most of the time could be behavioral change or finding new sources (or both).

For Coach Randy, the best thing about Truth Coaching is seeing clients fully sort out their issues and be ready to take on the world. This is made possible thanks to a unique strategy designed by Randy for the benefits of Truth Coaching students, the SIMS Approach — Story, Implementation, Manifestation Process, and Show and Tell.

The SIMS Approach is proven to bring clarity, direction, and positive support for their clients. Randy help clients live their best lives by filling the gap between where they are now and where they want to be by evaluating their stories from their perspective. By identifying where change is needed with the story, goals and objectives can be set. With accountability as a priority, clients will reach their highest goals and dreams through the process.

The SIMS Approach is a method that can be applied to any situation, and according to Coach Randy, people may never realize how much impact they have on others from their journey. “There is nothing like witnessing an individual shed the baggage and put on a new way that truly makes him or her feel better about the situation and life.” Although he admits that even as productive as the SIMS Approach has proven to be, there is no guarantee that it’s always going to be easy, simply because situations and individuals are not the same, but if every situation is handled with openness and honesty, on both sides of the Coach and client, there is no limit to how far they will go.

Entrepreneur Colin Wayne Is Eyeing A Take Over Of Atlanta!

Decorated US Army Veteran Colin Wayne has helped America in its many battle overseas to give us the freedoms we have today, but since retiring after he narrowly lost his life in a bomb explosion, he has turned his sights on entrepreneurship and helping civilians here at home day-to-day.

After leaving the military, Colin went on to create Redline Steel in Alabama, which in a few short years has turned into the largest home decor steel manufacturing company in America. And with that success, Colin’s mission of helping Americans and putting “People Over Profit” came full circle, as he was able to use the money he continues to make to give back to various charities alongside his strong support team of staff and celebrity fans, which even include the likes of Megan Fox, Lance Bass, Marisol Nichols, Amber Heard, Tamron Hall and Kelly Clarkson.

But even with success, Colin hasn’t stopped, and being a neighbor to us here in Atlanta, Colin recently came by to see a NFL game, speak to some Veterans, talk with his new partners at Home Depot, thoughts on the wild political atmosphere we’ve all had to witness, and observe the Atlanta region for future expansion plans and ideas for his product lines.

We spoke to Colin exclusively for an interview one-on-one about it all to learn more…

1. We’ve been big fans of your mindset and work, and waiting for you to visit town. What brought you to Atlanta recently?

My Wife, Breanna, and I were in Atlanta a few weeks ago for the Falcons final regular season game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium against the New Orleans Saints. I’m not the biggest fan of long drives and road trips in general, and despite the NFL changing the start-time from 12:00 pm to 4:15 pm, we had a blast at the game and enjoyed the energy, excitement, and view from inside the stadium.

2. Has Atlanta inspired any of your designs at all at Redline Steel and/or your journey to be the accomplished person you are today?

It’s no secret that Atlanta has several famous landmarks and attractions that each shape the city’s history and culture. One of our favorite destinations in Atlanta is the Georgia Aquarium, which is the perfect place to take your children. Although there aren’t any direct “Atlanta-specific” products on the site, we have a large collection of décor products that feature marine-life and ocean-themes that can be tied to the various trips we’ve made to the Aquarium.

3. Atlanta has a massive Veteran community, and you being a successful Veteran yourself, what is your advice to other Veterans during the pandemic who are trying to “get by” and find their way?

While it sounds cliché, my advice to fellow Veterans is to recognize, acknowledge, and adapt to the conditions that continue to plague communities around the country. Although the current pandemic has undoubtedly had an impact on American businesses across all industries, what helped me was simply being able to take a step back, strategize, and shift our business model in order to mitigate and overcome the economic repercussions. Rather than closing operations, furloughing my employees, or reducing hours, we established a “Giveback” initiative for Essential Workers. The campaign resulted in $5,000,000 in product value and merchandise donated to healthcare personnel, first responders, and others that were considered “essential workers.” By forming this initiative, we were able to retain 100% of our workforce, while hiring dozens of new employees who were laid off due to the pandemic. From there, we partnered with several large Non-Profit Organizations, culminating in our company’s current pledge of: People Over Profit. I say all that to say that by acknowledging and adapting to the challenges of the pandemic, I was able to continue building Redline Steel into what is now the largest customized steel home décor company in the United States. If you truly accept and adapt to the circumstances at-hand, you will learn to overcome the obstacles that are upon you today.

4. Why is it an exciting time overall for entrepreneurs and business owners?

With the pandemic changing how individuals consume products, services, and entertainment, more and more individuals are beginning to take ownership of their financial well-being like never before. Due to the rise of e-commerce storefronts, NFT’s, and other blockchain platforms that are accessible to the public, we are seeing a spike in the number of people trying to create alternative forms of income and break away from the previous societal standards for earning a livable wage.

5. What types of investments going forward would you recommend to people?

I’d recommend investing in the automation industry and companies that are focusing, prioritizing, and developing functional data automations to increase efficiency at scale.

6. What changes in the political atmosphere and within your industry specifically would you like to see changed?

Personally, the current political climate has pitted colleagues, neighbors, families, and friends against one another and although I’m no politician, I do know that we’ve got to get back to having cordial and civil discussions, conversations, and debates without tearing apart relationships and/or looking down on the ‘other side’. As for industry-specific changes, my biggest issue and concern as the CEO of a steel manufacturing company are with the steadily increasing costs of steel, leading to a wide range of supply chain shortages.

7. What are your goals for the rest of 2022?

At the end of every year, I set out on forming a goal for the new year, whether that’s building on improvements from the prior year or finding something new to tackle and accomplish. As we entered 2022, my mindset shifted into what I like to call – ‘The Year of Identity.’ Having spent the last 6+ years building a multi-million-dollar business from the ground-up with practically 0 off-days and countless 12-14 hour workdays, I’ve come to realize that despite the milestones and achievements, it’s not worth the sacrifice of missing time away from my wife and kids. Therefore, I want this year to be spent searching for personal alignment, inner peace, happiness, clarity, and direction.

8. Anything else you’d like to add?Recently, Redline Steel secured a supplier partnership with Home Depot, whose headquarters are in Atlanta, GA, enabling us to list our products on their website and potentially in stores across the country. We are excited to begin what we hope will be a long-lasting relationship with the largest home improvement retailer.
