Aaron Ableman on Raising Mental Health Awareness through Family-Friendly Educational Books, Music and Media

Anyone, young or old, can aspire to success and make an impact in their chosen industry. However, the entertainment industry is a notoriously difficult space to break into, as it is full of highly-talented, competitive and hardworking individuals; distinguishing oneself is a challenge. One individual rising to the industry’s challenges with a combination of hard work, patience, and creative genius is Aaron Ableman, an entertainer building a legacy and carving a name for himself at the unique intersection of arts and activism.

Aaron Ableman is a modern-day Renaissance man, his exceptional talents and accomplishments setting him far above his peers. An award-winning producer, an acclaimed songwriter and performing artist, Aaron is also a best-selling author and visionary in the family-entertainment field. Some of his groundbreaking achievements include starring in a music video series that catalyzed the planting of 1 million trees in 1 day (in over 40 countries), touring US children’s hospitals with NBA and NFL celebrities to champion arts-integrated healing and working with Michelle Obama’s “Turnaround Arts” White House/Kennedy Center model education initiative.

An entertainer worth his salt, Aaron’s accomplishment has earned him several accolades in the entertainment industry and beyond. His music and storytelling videos have been viewed by millions of people worldwide. In addition, he has been featured on MTV, HBO and was named Entertainment Monthly’s top creator of 2021.

Aside from his work as an entertainer, Aaron is also an award-winning United Nations “artivist.” He has studied with indigenous elders and notable spiritual leaders such as the 14th Dalai Lama. he has also collaborated with several other innovative artists and luminaries such as  U2, Michael Franti, KRS One, Joan Baez, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Rev. Michael Bernard Beckwith, Vandana Shiva, Cheech Marin, Q’Orianka Kilcher and others.

Perhaps most importantly, he has sacrificed everything to serve humanitarian and environmental causes through his talents.

“I’m an ‘artivist,’” he said in an interview recently. “An artist-activist, dedicated to using my craft as a vehicle for positively impacting the world and amplifying critical issues around the globe. With the rise of the mental health crisis during the pandemic and the science now reminding us that our stresses lead directly to disease in the body, it felt imperative to develop a brand that addresses this issue for families. And as a new father, I have the responsibility to make the world a healthier, kinder and more creative place for my daughter – my craft is the best way I know how to do that!” he passionately shared.

His soon-to-be-released project is an art-based initiative entitled Welcome To Earth to bring health and wellness to families worldwide through the joy of edutainment. It includes an acclaimed book, NFT collection and music album, all designed to help build healthier relationships between parent, child and the planet.

Despite his prolific background, Aaron Ableman is only getting started with his massive impact in the entertainment industry and as a mental/environmental health advocate. He shared his aspirations to become a renowned artist, author, and filmmaker/actor in the coming years, building a movement for impact-entertainment.

He said, “In the coming years, I want to share my story with everyone, inspiring everyone to take control of their own lives through the healing power of creativity and joy.”
